The Garden.

Produce for the People is an organic community garden with over 13,500 sq. ft. of vegetables, berries and fruit trees, a hoophouse, and an outdoor kitchen. The space is collaboratively managed by a small group of volunteers, with larger groups attending single-time work parties and workshops. Our harvest is donated to local food banks and agencies, and sometimes taken home by garden volunteers when there is a surplus. Last year we donated over 4000 lbs. of produce!

Our Team.

Produce for the People is run by volunteers. The garden wouldn't be able to function without their hard work and invested time in the organization and its mission to provide healthy, homegrown food for all. If you have volunteered with us in the past, thank you for all that you've done. If you're thinking of volunteering, thank you for considering our organization as a place to give your time and energy.
